I believe that Twizzlebird was always meant to design my website. After meeting with other website companies I was left feeling despondent and concerned that they didnt ’get’ what I was after for the design and feel of my music website. Amy and Dave were amazed when I said I found them due to a ‘sign’ which was given to me about birds and so I googled the word’ bird ‘and ‘website ‘and hey presto Twizzlebird appeared. ‘Hey presto’ is very much linked with the world of magic and that is certainly one of the words I would use when describing Twizzlebird. Amy got what I wanted straight away and I suddenly felt excited about building the site with her and Dave. They are creative, intelligent, organised, efficient and excellent at what they do. Everything is explained and I was always kept informed at each stage of the building process. If I had a problem they would sort it, in fact sometimes like magic- I would ask about something and I would go to the site and hey presto it’s all done. I feel confident that my site is being managed by Twizzlebird and look forward to future developments that I will most definitely share with Amy and Dave.

I own a recruitment consultancy and therefore needed a really professional-looking website with the ability for people to upload their CVs, request to join my mailing list, etc. I hadn’t set up a website before, and am definitely not very ‘techy’! I found I was inundated with website designers offering to do this work for me but none of them gave me the confidence that they would deliver what I wanted, or they confused me with ‘techy’ jargon or they were beyond my budget. After only a few minutes of speaking to Amy at Twizzlebird I knew it was her that I wanted to build my website.

 

From beginning to end, Amy and Dave understood the look and benefits I wanted to achieve from a website. They explained the process and the technical details in terms that I understood, they came up with a challenging but achievable project plan in which we worked in partnership, and they delivered all their elements of this plan on schedule. Amy and Dave gave me loads of really useful advice and guidance regarding the website and were patient with me when I changed my mind about some of the inputs! I was really impressed with my finished website, feedback from visitors to the website has also been very positive and, compared to other websites that I know about, the cost was extremely favourable.

 

Since completing the website for me, I have stayed in touch with Amy and Dave and they have helped me review the effectiveness of my website and make a few tweaks, promptly and at no additional cost, and they are now setting up a blog for me!

 

I cannot praise Amy and Dave at Twizzlebird highly enough and I would have no hesitation in using them again.
