We can help you to get started with social media to promote your business. As a small business ourselves we have used social media effectively to raise awareness and generate new business, so we can help your small business too.

The sessions are run by Amy who is also qualified to teach and train adults. So you’ll not only benefit from our industry knowledge and social media experience but also from Amy’s ability to share information and skills, in-tune with your skills, abilities and interests in a structured and yet informal way.

Getting Started with…

This session covers the basics, so if you’ve not used the platform before and want to learn how to get going. From setting up your profile and starting to use it in a business focused and effecitve way for your particular business. These individual courses are available as a one-to-one or group session and are tailored to what you do.

Training on-site, on your own computers, so you feel comfortable and familiar with the equipment, to focus your learning.
Activities during the session so you can put your learning straight into action.
1st week activity plan to help you integrate social media activity into your busy business timetable.

If you have head me talk about social media, then you’ll have probably heard me say this before, and I’ll say it again; that using social media for business is about building relationships, not just broadcasting sales messages. Part of building a positive relationship with a follower, fan or connection is to share useful or interesting information and to share your knowledge of your subject, to establish yourself as an authority in your field. Achieve this and not only will they keep in touch, but you’re more likely to be referred, recommended, shared and re-tweeted.
