Great success as speaker at Business North West, Manchester

We were pleased to be selected to speak at Business North West 2012 earlier this week.  Speaking on ‘Effective Websites in a Social World’ I took attendees through some must-haves for creating an effective website in the light of the social media revolution.  The talk was held in The Times Think Digital learnShop, it was highly attended, with all seats filled and people spilling out to the sides and back of the auditorium .  We got some fantastic feedback including …

Thanks to all those who attended – we were so pleased to share tips and information with new and established businesses from across the North West. I was the only female speaker in the Think Digital learnShop of the 2 day event, and I hope my approach to the talk brought a different aspect to this male dominated industry – though of course I don’t run Twizzlebird on my own, but alongside my business partner Dave.
